Outlook Read Aloud

Hi

I am trying to get the Read Aloud function to work on outlook to work as its not working at the moment

When clicking on Read Aloud, i see the toolbar but there is no sound or reading at all

Then after awhile of closing the Read Aloud toolbar, i get this popup

After clicking on OK, i get this error

The machine i am using is already logged with with my work account that has the M365 E3 license

I have also downloaded the language pack which some other forum mentioned should resolve the "something is preventing it from starting" error

Office package is updated to Version 2404 Build 17531.20140

I have also tried opening outlook is safe mode, disabling all the com add-ins and restarting outlook but no luck

Please help?

    Do other users in the organization have the same problem?

    Does reading aloud work in other Office apps?

    There are many reasons for this problem, try the following possible solutions:

    Repair the Office application, and when you're done, you may need to restart your computer.

    Check that you have the language pack, voice pack, and handwriting pack (all 3 options) installed in your preferred language. This thread provides detailed steps to add them, you can refer to:
